Buddha Garden

A Sacred Offering of Peace

This week, April 22nd, 2026, we received the beautiful news of the consecration of the Buddha Garden, a sacred space designed and founded by Kundrol Rinpoche, set high on a mountain overlooking the serene valley of Pokhara.

After several years of devotion, vision, and careful creation, this extraordinary site has now been completed and blessed through a formal consecration ceremony.

At the heart of the garden stands a magnificent statue, crafted in India and personally designed by Kundrol Rinpoche. The entire monument was created with a profound intention—to generate world peace, accumulate merit for all sentient beings, and bring harmony and blessing to the valley and surrounding lands.

The consecration was led by His Eminence Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche, and joined by Kundrol Rinpoche and Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche—a truly auspicious gathering of realized masters. The ceremony was also warmly attended by members of the local community, whose presence added a deep sense of connection, devotion, and shared blessing to this sacred moment.

This garden now stands as a place of reflection, blessing, and unity—an offering not only to those who visit, but to all beings.
