A-tri Dzogchen Ngondro Live Stream

December 21, 2019 – 9:00 a.m. Central

The Ngondro, sometimes called the “Preliminary Practice,” is crucial to every student of Bön. Through these practices we learn the essentials of inner transformation. Though the Ngondro is used to prepare ourselves for further, deeper teachings, it is also a complete path to enlightenment in itself. This course is of benefit to every Bön student, whether beginner or advanced.

The Ngondro Practice is considered the essential Bon Practice to form a solid foundation for your continued Bon learning and spiritual Bon path.
The 7-month online course includes the Outer Preliminary teachings as well as the 9 traditional Ngondro practices of the A-tri Dzogchen tradition.

Red Garuda Live Stream

December 21, 2019 – 10:30 a.m. Central

The Red Garuda practice focuses on healing. It heals ourselves by generating and receiving positive energies, healing empowerments, and protection. It heals others by generating the ability and power to transform negativity, disturbances and obstacles that cause illness. This deity yoga practice falls in the secret category – the method of ngag or tantra, and therefore its ultimate purpose is to transform the mind of the practitioner into the enlightened state of the Khyung Mar.

The Red Garuda online course teaches practitioners the primary Red Garuda practice, as well as several related practices. It prepares them for further study during Yeru’s advanced retreats. The course contains everything from the original 10-month course, plus more, all within a new 6-month program.
