Taught by Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche

The Red Garuda is a Wisdom protector, and a manifestation of pure awareness. The Red Garuda represents the fiery power of energy. This deity protects against outer, inner and secret obstacles. He transforms the five poisons, overcomes the eight dreads, and liberates sentient beings from suffering. The Red Garuda healing practice is highly effective physicially, emotionally, and spiritually.

This Ancient teaching of the Red Garuda belongs to the Tantric category of practice. Tantra is the path of transformation, that transforms negativity and ignorance into wisdom.

There are several purposes for this teaching. The first is healing oneself by receiving energies, powers, blessings and protections from The Red Garuda. The second purpose is to show us how to generate the ability and power to transform the negativity of disturbances and obstacles and to cure sickness or disease in others.
