Morning Meditation, Nine Purification Breaths,
and Five Tsa Lung Practice

Yeru Bön Center is delighted to invite you to practice with Geshe Yeshe Gyalwa, Yeru Bön Center’s Resident Lama, every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Wednesdays and Saturdays
7:00–8:00 a.m. Central Time
No fee to attend

These welcoming morning sessions will include Zhi Né meditation, the Nine Purification Breaths, and Tsa Lung ~ Tsawe Lunga practices from the Yungdrung Bön tradition.

Zhi Né, or calm-abiding meditation, helps us quiet mental distractions, develop stability, and rest in a more peaceful and spacious state of awareness.

The Nine Purification Breaths work with the breath and subtle energy channels to help release emotional burdens, mental agitation, and negative energy. Through this practice, we prepare the body, breath, and mind for meditation.

Tsa Lung ~ Tsawe Lunga combines breath, awareness, and gentle physical movements to support the balanced flow of lung, or vital energy, through the body’s subtle channels. These practices can help us become more grounded, present, open, and connected with our inner wisdom.

Practiced together, these methods offer a meaningful way to:

  • Calm and steady the mind
  • Release stress and emotional tension
  • Purify obstacles and negative patterns
  • Balance the breath and vital energy
  • Strengthen awareness and concentration
  • Create greater harmony among body, energy, and mind
  • Open the heart to compassion and wisdom

There is no fee for these morning practices. Whether you are beginning meditation or have practiced for many years, this is a wonderful opportunity to practice consistently, receive guidance from Geshe-la, and experience the support of practicing with other students.

All are warmly welcome.
