A Beautifully Spiritual and Powerful Dzogchen Teaching
Nyam Trid Nying Gi Gya Chen, Sealed in the Heart, is a profound Dzogchen teaching transmitted by Shardza Rinpoche, one of the greatest realized masters of the Yungdrung Bön tradition. This instruction belongs to the category of direct experiential guidance, pointing students beyond conceptual understanding and into immediate recognition of the natural state of mind.
Rather than relying on intellectual analysis, Nyam Trid emphasizes direct experience—guiding practitioners to rest naturally in awareness as it is, without fabrication, effort, or alteration. Through this teaching, students are invited to recognize clarity, openness, and presence as their own innate nature.
For the past years, Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche has been carefully and compassionately transmitting this rare instruction, leading students step by step into deeper experiential understanding. Many participants have shared that through this teaching they unexpectedly touched the natural state—often accompanied by deep emotion, stillness, joy, and a strong sense of connection within the community.

Retreat Details
Although Rinpoche is not able to come to the United States at this time, you can still fully participate in his teachings via Zoom. We are offering an experiential Zoom retreat, designed to help you feel included, connected, and supported throughout the teaching.
We kindly ask that you register a minimum of 13 days in advance to allow us time to prepare and mail your Zoom retreat package for each teaching. You may still register closer to the retreat date; however, please note that your package may not arrive in time for the live retreat experience.
Time Zones
Please be mindful of time differences when planning to participate. Rinpoche will be teaching from Poland, with sessions running approximately 4:00 p.m. to 9:00–10:00 p.m. Poland time, which corresponds to early morning hours in the United States.
All teachings are recorded, and all registered students will receive access to the recordings, even if you are unable to attend the live sessions.
Additional In-Person Option: Poland
For those who feel called to be closer to Rinpoche, there is also a beautiful opportunity to travel to Rinpoche’s center in Poland. Students are most welcome to journey there, spend meaningful time in community, and receive the teachings in person.
The teachings in Poland are scheduled close together, making it possible to attend one, two, or all three teachings, or to remain longer and receive Losar blessings and celebrate Tibetan Losar with Rinpoche.
