Losar 2026 welcomes the Year of the Fire Horse, a powerful year symbolizing energy, courage, freedom, and forward momentum. It is considered an especially auspicious time for spiritual growth, prayer, and cultural celebration.
We are delighted to warmly invite you to celebrate Tibetan Losar 2026 in Pyszki, Poland, in the presence of Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche, who will personally lead the Losar celebrations this year.
Losar, the Tibetan New Year, is a sacred and joyful time of renewal, prayer, reflection, and togetherness. It marks the letting go of the old and the welcoming of new beginnings—with intention, clarity, and heart.
Although Tibetan Losar officially begins on February 18, 2026, we will gather to honor and celebrate Losar together on February 21–22, 2026, at Shardza Ling Institute – Gom Dhe Pyszki, in the living spirit of the Yungdrung Bön tradition.

Losar Program Highlights
The Losar celebrations will be led by Rinpoche and will include:
- Traditional Losar prayers and practices
- Blessings for the new year
- Time together in community and joyful connection
- A shared celebration held in an atmosphere of peace, kindness, and mindful presence
We warmly welcome all who feel called to attend—longtime practitioners as well as those who may be joining a Losar celebration for the very first time.
There is no fee to participate in Losar, but Registration is recommended for planning purposes. Housing is limited.
